Item sold to someone else because of my payment method
Hi there
last week i bought an iphone 4 via buy it now.
After i clicked Buy it Now, i proceeded to checkout and selected direct deposit.
This is when my problems started.
The bank details didnt appear on the checkout so i emailed the seller to get his bank details.
Instead of giving the bankdetails so i could pay for my phone he said he had sold it to some one else and the the phone wasnt available. I gave the seller a chance to cancel the sale in ebay but he did not remove it. Therefore i left him a negative feedback Quote"im not happy: seller sold phone to someone else after i clicked buy it now"
he then got abusive and tried to claim that i have no right to give a negative because i hadnt paid yet what a joke. I was lucky i didnt use paypal.
he ranted on and on "Excuse me, that iphone was listed in a thousand other places, its my wish whether I sell it to you here or somewhere else, this is MY iphone and i can assure you that i wasnt in breach of contract since Ebay has held you the responsible person, I have the steps to escalate my action so please donot bother contacting me any further." |
