Creating new paypal account issue.
 

Ok so it's been some time since I created my last e-bay/pay-pal account.

I just created an e-bay account then went to create my pay-pal and it says INCORRECT MATCH "are you sure you wish this address, you may need to provide details". This has changed since last time. I bought the book just then for 2011 as said in a forum for this topic. I cannot find anything in the book about it??

I believe I need a valid phone and a valid credit card?
So a new sim card for my mobile and a pre-paid credit card from Aust post will do the trick?

I really do not know. Have not done this before.
Could someone shed some light?

You need everything new - new user account, new IP, new sim card is ok, prepaid cc is good.

i encounter that problem too. just make sure the address does exist, if not sure use google maps street view. for example you cant use house address is that address belongs to a block of apartment.

they wont reject you. but i do reckon the chance of limitation comes faster... who knows.
