| | | skyichigo | 09-28-2011 04:47 PM | Woolworths Everyday Mastercard isn't working anymore Does anyone experience same problem?
As each new PP accounts which was verified using the Everyday card, after you try to spent the balance, PayPal will hold the funds and limited your account. |

| tommydebest | 11-01-2011 05:20 AM | I really hope your wrong because I just got banned and the Woolworths card is the only card I can get. Other than that I was thinking entropay, you could probs use the woolworths card to sign up with lol, and then you can make as many VCC's as you want and you can deposit the money into your entropay account and spend it using the entropay mastercard which u can order for $10 bucks. Has anyone had experience with that? |
| skyichigo | 11-01-2011 08:49 AM | Entropay has been a dead end for AUS PP. And for the woolworths credit card, I can said that it's ok now, but just list slowly and not too much. |

Aren't VCCs virtual credit cards we buy on the net to verify things like paypal, but they usually don't last too long?
Isn't the option, and I also speak as a foreigner with probably little to no access to gift cards, to use gift cards if you have them at physical reach, and if not, to use virtual credit cards? |
@oblong, with Entr op ay, you create your own VCCs. |

You are allowed to make as many as you want, so I wanted to sign up using a real gift card and then make like 5 other VCC's on entropay and load them with the $2 for verification, instead of just buying 5 gift cards. |
| missmel | 12-01-2011 03:57 AM | woolworths card is not working anymore. Mine didn't work . Ebay didn't accept. I don't like entropay. They ask for id. Any other prepaid cards that work? |
| Pringles | 12-01-2011 06:42 AM | You must be doing something wrong
Woolies card working fine for me
Just need a phone number too
Check out auspost but i think theirs are more expensive |

Or is ent ro pay the only card that can be bought worldwide and it doesn't work too well in tough places like the U.S.? Or it asks for I.D.? perhaps europe has a non-id alternative? |
| Mzgr3k0 | 12-09-2011 01:01 AM | Woollies cards aren't reloadable are they ? |
| Pringles | 12-09-2011 02:05 AM | they have reloadable ones
9.95 each. useless for stealth cos you need ID. anyway theyre on sale at the moment 4.95$ |
| Calvina | 01-08-2012 11:19 PM | to answer an earlier question don't bother with australia post pre paid cards...they are useless not onyl for ebay but for buying most things online...complete waste of money

| Pringles | 01-12-2012 06:01 AM | Lol sorry that sentence came off as a bit arrogant. I wrote it in a rush at work while the boss wasn't looking :p
When you register your PPal details, they tell you that they will check your address details with AusPost records |

So should this pass the address check when I register it? All the details I plan to open my stealth paypal will match up with the auspost card. Should I try and use it or look at another option? |
| Pringles | 02-01-2012 08:44 AM | should be fine
i use random addresses all the time |

Im sure it would be a red flag if they found out, but they might or might not pick up on it (they are incredibly unorganized and stupid). Even if they do pick up on it, chances are you wont get limited, there would just be a red flag against ur name and u will be watched closely, best to take it slow just incase, dont try any 'risky' transactions for 2 months minimum and if ur ebay evolved get a healthy 20-50 feedback and make sure the account is aged 2 months before you try sell anything VERO or 'high risk'.
Good luck |
| spandax | 02-03-2012 01:52 AM | Thanks for the advice.
I just signed up a while ago but I also used a new bank account as well as the pre paid visa. Since I am using a name variation I was able to add it. I checked with my bank before I added it to make sure it would work. Just asked them if someone spells my name wrong etc would transfers work and they said as long as its close it inst a problem.. They just emphasized getting the account and bsb right.. Also I used a deposit only account.
I really only use to sell my old computer gear when I was on ebay before my limitation. Is that high risk stuff?
When I signed up it doesn't have an option to verify my address though. Only my bank accounts. Does this option come after? During the signing up process it showed up as my address being in the postage system against the records and asked me if to confirm it was mine so does this mean my address is already verified? |

And yeh ur address is verified. |

And yeh ur address is verified. | Ok cool! So I don't need the virtual number anymore then? Why have other people needed to do phone verification for their address? I plan to use Paymate once I have ten positive feedback.. that's their criteria.. Accounts been active for almost 24 hours so that's good. Hopefully it stays this way. |
| Pringles | 02-04-2012 07:36 AM | you need a phone number for a separate number
when you create a seller account it asks for phone verification and you will receive an automated call at the number registered to your account |
| tommydebest | 02-04-2012 08:35 PM | ^yep, and to be honest dont expect to get anywhere near as much sales as u got when you were using paypal, because only a very very small portion of ebayers use paymate. |
| GreenBean | 02-04-2012 08:42 PM | @tommydebest
then send a message I wanna buy your item ,can I use paypal?
Um, did you read the listing & payment methods? |
| express_bay | 02-14-2012 01:25 AM | I just bought a Woolies prepaid mastercard for online shopping for $2.95. Do I need to put any money before verifying through paypal as it has $0 value in it at the moment.
Let me know thanks. |
| Pringles | 02-14-2012 07:00 AM | The minimum load on the woolies card is 20 bucks | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:45 PM. | |
