Paypal keeps getting limited
Ok, so have paypal changed something i havent been aware of?
My last 2 accounts have been hit with permanent limitations. Though i do suspect its due to the buyers end.
First one (all stealth) lady (winning ebay person) was rang up by paypal and would not verify herself to paypal as she thought the phone call was a scam, in regards to her paymnt to my account. Bam im limited.
2nd one i hadnt even had a chance to verify cc and account before a payment was put through, (to wich was an invoice to another person, wich didnt show her end so she rang paypal - instant oh trouble) in the end she was able to pay, bam im limited with 15 things on the resolution checklist. Instant refund and ive walked away.
My accounts are all new accounts wich have their own windows user account, wireless network with different ip every time, the only thing i cannot work is the phone number, i put down a phone number (wich has worked for the last 20 or so accounts - diff number each time but not one i can answer), so that is my only thinking. S i need a call forward system?
