Faktortel Question

Hi every one,
Is Faktortel still OK to use?
Also, I've just checked it out and its a jungle there... What plan would I use?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd only need to forward it to my mobile and since mobile is not acceptable anymore, it seems Faktortel is what most people recommend..
