Vodafone ip address problems

I just figured out since i switch to vodafone, everytime I tried to change ip address by selecting "airplane mode", it only gave me 4 typical ip address, which has the same first two of the "3 digit" of the ip address..

Should I just use Optus or is there anyway to change the ip address with Vodafone to get more variations thanks
