does your debit card address have to match your real adress on pp?

so i have been trying trying to verify my pp account and got an email today saying could not be verified with 2cents they dropped in ...there is no money in my debit card does this matter? and also the address for my debit card is for my address that has been limited.... so i used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address was i ment to put the real address in? what do i do here ? the bsb and account are new ...
