Notice of seizure letter from customs for the items I'm selling on ebay

I got a letter from customs about 4 weeks ago saying "Notice of seizure to designated owner"

they were headphones and I did not know they were f@ke...................

now they want me to forfeit the goods, there is a attached paper saying "trade marks act 1995 notice of consent to forfeit good"

so looks like they want me to write my name on it and sign it and give it back to them.

I did not do that and they sent me the same letter again just the other day.

do you guys think I should sign it and send it to them or just ignore it it?

Was the letter registered? The purpose of this forum is NOT to àdvise on customs seizures.
