PayPal fees

Just realized now PayPal fees goes up to nearly 3.4%. It was 2.4%+0.30AUD before. Please confirm anyone thanks

I just checked mine, and from last night transaction, it is still 2.4%+$0.3.

It's all clearly defined on the AU website too
