hi guys, do not blame me if I ask many questions before seeking
I've been trying to search this question before, but I have yet to find enlightenment, cause i am not smart enough

Okay, its just straight points...!!

First, i want to create a new stealth eBay account
because the old, original account with my original data is on a block/suspended by eBay



My Steps
to the internet cafe
1. I will create a new stealth Bay account, which must have the stealth data.
Name, Address, Bank account (in real name), and credit card or debit card (bought from Woolworth)
2. and I will make a new paypal with a stealth name (details) but real bank account, and credit card (Woolworth)



ebay / paypal will ask me to send ID when
1. reguest high limit or the limit on an issue
2. if there is money that goes over a thousand dollars in paypal, paypal will ask you to fax or go to post office to send my information
3. Would it be at issue when I want to withdraw money, while my name is different from the original account number that I input
4. What credit card should I buy in Woolworth, what model, and how to input money on this..or any recommendation another credit card should i buy

so for the seniors, Please Explain it to me,before i am going to internet cafe (different ip) to create a new stealth eBay account ..
What steps should I have to fix?

I don't think internet cafe/local library are safe anymore.
I prefer using dongle. It's cheap now anyway.
Just my 2cents.

dongle and brodband is a similiar?
cause i am using vodafone broadband also?

Internet cafe might not be safe if another person with ebay troubles used the IP.

i am using my broadband and vodafone sim card before
and get suspended

now,.i have to change my broadband or my new sim card?
have no idea, thats ip follow the sim card or broadband?
