Can I use Paypal checkout via e-junkie without Paypal tracking back to my website?

I noticed as I was about to renew my forum membership that one of the Payment options was via Paypal, which seems to redirect from e-junkie ??

Does this mean one could potentially use Paypal checkouts on their website without Paypal knowing what you are selling or more importantly what the original website address was? and its content?

Any advice or clarification regarding the above would be great.
