Luxury Item Restriction for Australia
 

Does anyone know if there a limit put on the number of luxury items sold in Australia?

All eBay sites have restrictions on brand name (VERO) items. For example, if you are selling an item that is in high damand and eBay knows that there are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ being sold, they will limit the overall quantity that you can sell regardless of whether or not your item is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or not.

thats true...and even genuine or suss items are restricted due to a court action. that is yet to be resolved

What about if you are selling say 1 bag every 5 days?

its remotely possible that things will settle down after a while. but dont hold your breath. been through this before 2 times in the last 6 years. one has to be flexible and put money by in good times and in bad times budget too. 1 bag in 5 days is risky too as to have an account suspended for one bag in 5 days is very foolish.unless its a $5000 bag.

I don't think you can sell one bag every 5 days. I have just had one of my accounts restricted. I had only sold 3 of the same items over a month period. I was wandering if anyone knew of the limits? If you sold all different brands would that pass and not raise flags?

Why don't you make 30 accounts and sell one bag per month on each? 30 bags sold per month. Double or triple as needed.
