So i was thinking of using the uni's internet is it safe? Since everytime i log on doesn't the IP change?

So no eBay I.P tracking?

Using your University Internet is like using an open wifi that you have no control over.

If you don't know whether the school's IP changes then why would you use it for stealth?

Get the stealth book.

Not reliable enough to allow a user to control their account.

Should one of your fellow students have major issues with ebay, and his account gets suspended, then your account may also be damaged.

What we aim for is showing users how to run accounts long term with few issues.
Your set-up would not be ideal for that.
