pp or ebay first?
 

I have just read somewhere to open the pp first -question is how do you buy from that?? o.k, from stores -not on ebay and then what? give a different shipping address(as in real shipping address not one given to pp to open account)??

You can open pp first and verify it. Use a CC to buy things - for address, you use a stealth address but one that you have access to.

You can either change your address enough to make it look different or you could rent a P.O. Box.

Ebay and PayPal act differently with accounts they think may be linked. Their standard practice is to suspend and ask for ID

How can you get a new address that things get posted to ?? Everyone I know has an ebay/pp account.

Or a work address -would that do?

Make it simple and 1) get a po box or 2) vary the way your address is written...slight address change, postal code alteration, etc.

I speak from experience here. I sell on ebay Australia.

If ebay detect an address variation just like you suggested, they put a suspension notice on the account.

Unless you have almost concrete proof, they rarely accept an appeal.

Not worth it to suggest failure
