Anyone had any nice customers?
 

Just wondering - there are a lot of threads about bad nasty scamming buyers, but has anyone had some really nice normal ones? :-)

loads and loads. Most customers buy and leave good feedback or never leave feedback, they are the majority.

Some want a relationship, they want to talk afterwards they thank you, compliment, or just write to say how good your product is or update you on its use....I usually do not reply as it can go on and on....

I give to a charity via paypal and often get nice messages thanking me for donating etc which is nice. Good for kharma aswell !

Many varying degrees on this - there are nice experiences - repeat customers too

Bit of a giggle. Have a repeat buyer of dog coats. She sends photos of her fur kids wearing their coats. She prefers the boys' coats cut a little bigger than the girls ;)

Many repeat and nice customers who will buy an item because they know I am always looking for certain items they collect.

Yes

I sold an item to a buyer from eBay and she emailed me thanking me for everything, including the nice packaging (it was nothing special to be honest) but also attached to the email, 4 or 5 pictures. It was like a photo revealed unboxing.

There was a pic of the unopened package. A pic of the package opened up. A pic of the item's box, a pic of the item's box opened with the item showing.

She was from New Zealand. It was way too nice

Ive had a few, once sold some ladies clothing to some guy who was buying for his girlfriend which turned out too small for her. I explained its a one size fits all item, and instead of asking for a refund, he just said he would tell her to hit the treadmill.

Had a lady who returned something, and i couldn't actually afford to send her any money back. I was completely honest with her, and explained i was starting full time work in about a month or so. She wished me luck with my new job and waited for about 6 weeks for her refund and still gave me positive feedback.

Ive had a lady who turned down the offer for a refund, which was nice

I had a guy who wanted to make a big order, he was overseas and wanted to see if i could make a deal with him. Long story short, he wasnt happy with the product but was not asking for a refund, he just wanted to do more business with me. Out of courtesy i offered to send him some things, (which i never got round to doing) but we still continued to talk over email about a business venture.

And ive had quite a few people who were unhappy for one reason or another, but becuase they contacted me and i resolved it, still left me positive feedback, which was also nice.

Im sure there are more but i cant think of them. Some times just receiving positive feedback which is more then just a couple of words is good to read

I had a buyer help me with a snad from a subsequent buyer of the same item, I wrote her an email telling her what the allegation was and she wrote to ebay saying this product was genuine and she was would not have kept it if it wasnt, the snad went in my favour, this was some years ago though, when they had more discretion. She also helped get the neg feedback removed.

Lots of nice customers.

Bought of some really nice people too.

Bought a conveyor for our warehouse from an old school gent, spent a few hours at his house, showed me around his vintage cars, made me and my girlfriend scone and tea, then even let me play his Steinbach grand piano in his house.

99.9% of my Customers are super nice. Even those I have had problems with have never given me a negative. I always work it out and as of yet to have issues.
