Aus Paypals being limited eBay NRU'd an hour or so later
 

I have recently lost a few Paypal ebay accounts the pattern is on a Friday (this has happened for a few weeks now) a (or a few) Paypal accounts get limited, the reason is usually concerns over recent transactions or unusual credit card use. Within an hour or two the linked eBay goes down with an MC113 .. 'recent account activity has raised security concerns'.

To lift the limitation Paypal is asking for Proof of name and Date of birth & Proof of address.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem?

I have had same thing happen to me could not see a reason. Decided not to worry about it and move on.

I got 2 ebay accounts permanently banned in december but paypal accounts were good.

My protocol is to set up ebays and PP. wait a few months, the when i am ready to use it. I will verify the pp the week before. then i'll list something on ebay.

Two ebay accounts got Nuru'd a few hours after i made a listing. Listing was for something that is $100. Non-apple.

Ebay accounts was 4 months old before i made first listing. Called ebay asking them why it's nuru'd. They wouldn't give me a reason why and told me it can't be appealed. Asked if it was accidentally linked to another account. they said no. I Moved on. Thought it was just ebay going crazy nuruing people. lol

Only thing that annoyed me about it is that Now i have several perfectly good verified pp accounts go to waste. can't link them to new ebay's or it'll link them. don't know what to use them for now.
