Increase selling limits
 

Hi guys,

Just want to check to see if any of you had your monthly selling limits increased automatically recently?

I have got 2 account that I have been selling at full speed, and the selling limits are still staying at 100/$7500. And both have stay like this for the past 6 months.

Not sure if eBay AU still increase limits automatically or do we have to contact them?

Have you searched the forums for what other AU members have reported? Never recommend calling

Yes done that already. It seems like the last thread AU member talked about this topic was from a year ago.

I know calling was never suggested. But I mean both accounts are 6 months with the same selling limits, both 100% positive, no case opened. If accounts like that don't get increase in selling limits, I really not too sure what would make eBay increase limits.

I usually have the same increase, after I get the jump from 10/1000 My account usually stays with the same limits for over 6 months, but e trick is to open many accounts so I have all nice groups of 100/5000, 100/10000, 160/12000 , 300/30000, 450/20000. So by themselves not much but you add these together and there are groups of accounts with each limit than it adds up to a nice limit

About 2 weeks before I made this thread, I just opened another stealth acc and been selling the same items as the other 2 half year old stealths. Now this new account has been just over a month old, with 6 items sold and 10 positive feedback in total, the selling limit was automatically increased to $11500 today ROFL!!

eBay is seriously a joke, the other 2 older account I got, have both got over 100% positive feedback, both top rated seller, and yet the limited have not increased for 6 months.

When it comes to limits, eBay is definitely a joke. I have a TRS account with 25/$1250 limits. I am sold out of the limits in a week and wait the rest of the month.

Wow that is crazy, obviously your account is in perfect standing it's a TRS account, Are you selling some kind of vero item like Apple or something along those lines??.

Just very strange , I was stuck on 100/5000 on a TRS account for 5 months and thought that was bad, I finally bit the bullet and called in, I had invoices and everything ready

And of course they asked me for all documents right away so I immediately faxed them in and 2 days later called in and went to 200/$12000

Again I had all documentation ready and was asked, and got a awesome rep, that was the most helpful person I ever spoke with from the vetting department , got her name and even when I called back I asked for her and she was the one that handled everything from initial call to reviewing my docs to limit raises all in 2 days and it was last December so I'm sure they were all really busy

Not sure if u mentioned but how many months have u been held at that point???

Sometimes you get more and higher raises on an account that has only sold a few items than an account that has sold over a hundred

I think eBay looks at the account that has sold over 100 items as more of a risk than the account that has sold 4, regardless of the status of the accounts

I really think this is a reason why the accounts I work hard on from the start and start pushing the limits sometimes take longer for limit raises

Than the accounts I create sell one item on forget about it for 2 months and when I come back I'll list an item and get sometimes a big jump to 300/$30000, and only have one sale and sometimes 0 feedback

And the accounts I'm working hard yes do get raises but seems like with a ton of work and it may take 4 or 5 months

Accounts of mine have been slow to get automatic raises - just the way of the game...

No VeRO on this account, all generic.

This account has been alive for 7 months at the same limit.

I am not calling eBay for limit raise whatsoever. It has never been good on my side.

I also have a PowerSeller account at only 100/$6000, very strange.

Yea it's always a risk calling in, just ashame to have a TRS account and have no limits to make any money

That makes no sense why they wouldn't raise the limits and 7 months as TRS , well hopefully they will go up soon

Anyone else experiencing ebay giving out automatic increases to brand new accounts? made several accounts yesterday and all of them got increased to 100/$7500 within a few hours.

Never had that happened before. none of them have paypals verified or anything. everything including the paypals were freshly created yesterday.

Ive opened 3 accounts in the last 2 weeks all stuck with standard 10xitems /month limits and waiting the 90 days... i want your luck
