eBay 30 Days Suspension - PayPal CLOSED account!

So, I received a 30 day suspension on eBay - I cannot list new items, however can continue selling.

PayPal have somehow received information about this and permanently banned my paypal account, & my partners.

If I set up a stealth paypal account, can I use it with my current 30 day suspended ebay account?

Should paypal be allowed access to my eBay account status?

I sell/sold a nieche item on eBay, 100% Feedback, never had a problem. However was hit with VeRO, and ended up with a 30 day suspension. PayPal picked up on this and have now suspended my business account & partners account.

Wondering if I can connect a stealth PayPal with my current suspended eBay account?

nope... your eBay account cannot be used anymore. EB and PP accounts goes in pair.

If one is taken down the other is useless.

Ebay ban for no reason, sometimes. Most of us has been in your situation but stealth works.

Get the stealth guide and read the forum as much as you can.

You have to go the Stealth route for both eBay and Paypal.

That's it exactly, VERO was the big problem here, and it damned your ebay/PayPal forever, the suspension is non recoverable from, you thought you were doing great and for a while you were, but that 'niche' item you were selling was so niche it's killed your accounts! it's the end of the road, time to move on as carletto said, stealth is the only option available to you now so read up and move forward

The problem I have is, the e-mails used with VeRO were so ridiculous, two were hotmail accounts, and the other bunch were g-mail accounts.

I emailed them and never received any replies, as did the eBay VErO support member.

There were a number of other sellers who were unaffected by VErO and are still operating today.

PayPal has throttled my business, as eBay was my only source of income (I know this shouldn't have been the case; but it was)

I wonder if they have infringed our "Restraint of Trade" act here in Aus, or even our "unfair competition" policy by removing only me and not others?

Be very careful going forwards you could be suspended outright and forever at any moment, it has been known after a successful appeal! Make new accounts in case this one does go down!

wow congrats!! NI thought you had a permanent suspension on paypal but it seems like they were just requesting docs?

Yeah, not sure what happened.

They allowed me to withdraw funds after calling and explaining how I really needed the 1800aud in there.

I noticed when I logged in that I had a new Case ID. So I emailed using that as a reference, and pleaded my case as I am Verified, and have been a member for 10+ years, with 0 faults on my eBay or PayPal account.

I woke up to an email titled "Appeal Granted"

Avoid selling your foo-foo item.

All of this will happen all over again. The account is flagged. ebay can & will restrict you again.

Be very careful of how you operate from now. Consider making more stealth accounts and finding other items.
