Created stealth EB and PP. Made a sale and the funds are held for 21 days.

Can this be avoided or do all new accounts got through this?

All new accounts will get this. You need to sell for 90 days before they consider removing them.

If can get released sooner if you add tracking to ebay.

list your tracking number on the eBay sale and also in your PayPal transaction for faster release.

Ship quickly and wait for good feedback - holds will go away with time.

Remember that holds can be replaced anytime however...

ebay is funny. I have an account with 10 +, still with 21 day hold restriction, but have been getting increase limits - now up to 30K/200 per month.

So you are operating well drphilly - holds arent that big of an issue - well done :thumb:

Dont worry, I was selling for months, shipping quickly, power seller, all 5 star dsr and would get this every once in a while.
You will just get your funds in 21 days.
