I've been out of the loop...
I have not posted a thread in a while as I have closed all my ebay stores and have created my own website. So I have been extremely busy. Things have been interesting and I am moving on from eBay as I am so sick of them - you all know the story. I also have my own Facebook page as well which allows me to interact with a lot of customers which helps with what I'm selling.
There is no wholesaler in Australia for the product/s I sell but I am still doing my market research and want to gradually build my hobby and not thoroughly rush into it. There are sellers in UK and USA but absolutely none here and there is a demand for it. It is very niche.
I still keep all my stealth accounts active every now and again but most of my sales now are coming direct from Facebook and my website and no more ebay rules and commissions to abide by.
I won't be quitting my day job in the meantime, just enjoying the freedom away from eBay and I'll see how I go :-)
eBay stealth has been a wonderful help and guide to me and I recommend it, - diversify where you can.
It will be interesting to see how eBay evolves in Australia in the future ... |
