AusPost Load&Go Restricted
Not too sure if anyone has run into this situation before, but need some advices with multiple Load&Go cards been restricted.
Basically I have got about 6 different L&G cards for different stealth account. I received a phone call this morning regarding 1 of my L&G card, but as I was in a rush, I pulled out and gave the wrong verification details. Representative then told me he will contact the card owner via email then hanged up.
Not long after, I realized all my 6 cards were restricted, as they all have the same mobile number. Around lunch time, I received a missed call from a different L&G department, and left me a message ask me to call back.
Just want to see if anyone else has run into this problem before? And also what will they ask? If they ask for documents for all cards, I won't be able to provide them all. What will happen with the funds on those cards? There are over $3k across all the cards.
