Hello I am new here
I have a question
A year ago I sold on eBay Australia
What I like there, I did not wait 21 days money with Paypal.
Straight accept the money.
Is it still like that?
My account is not working at the moment.
I am looking to buy eBay account could sell without problems in Australia.
Of course I am a member account via VPS / VPN.
Do you recommend VPS IP address of Australia or the US?

Use 24vc for your Australian IP address, peace of mind to know that your IP is unique to you only.

I sold a year ago,
The money was available to PayPal directly.
I did not wait 21 days.
Even if a user was new.
It's like that today?
Does anyone know?

With a new ebay account, your funds are held for 21 days after the date the paypal payment was made.

The 21 day hold is usually removed after you have sold 25 items and 3 months have passed since your first paypal sale.

On my accounts holds is removed after 60 days from fist sale and after 10 transactions

I heard about Dubai paypal account, there is NO hold period on fund. Is it true ?
