Linking Ebay To New Paypal

Hey guys,

Was selling on ebay with my old stealth paypal account until I got hit with the $1000 limitation. Submitted documentation but most likely the account will be banned.

Now I am making a new stealth paypal. Will it be safe to link my ebay listings, which was linked to the old paypal, to this new paypal? Or do I need to create a new ebay account as well?

Not a good idea to add new pp to this old eb since the link to the old pp inherently exists.
