Problem Ebay Paypal (only if using Security Key)
Just wondering if anyone use Symantec VIP with Paypal and has no problem paying for purchase on Ebay. I have a very strange problem that neither Ebay or Paypal can help. Note: I have had Symantec VIP for a few years and this problem about to explain only started recently.
After making a purchase on Ebay, the first step where I enter the Paypal credential to log is OK but I don't get the next screen where it used to ask for the Security Code. Instead, the screen after about 30 seconds just go back to the log-in screen and the whole thing keeps repeating itself. I tested logging into Paypal directly, i do get prompt for the Security Key and everything works fine. My workaround now is to disable Security Key whenever i need to make a purchase on Ebay using Paypal. Spoke to both Ebay and Paypal but problem still not solved. Looking for suggestion what to try next. Thanks. |
