credit card essential with paypal?

Hey,
I bought eBay Stealth but from the sounds of things its a little harder now to set up a cc with paypal in Australia. How essential is it to have a credit card linked to your paypal? Can you get away with just having it linked to a bank account? Are there any decent options for cheap credit cards? Thanks in advance.

it should be just fine by just linking bank account, you don't have to complete 100% profile to get it running, just go ahead and try for yourself.
