Load and go restriction

So i bought some groceries from woolworths online. I paid using load and go. Woolworths didn't have all the items so they refunded some of the money back to load and go. Next day load and go card is restricted.

Anyone else experienced this?
Does this mean load and go can not receive money via cc. Or was it just luck

To get your card locked is not luck. Pain in the .......

I only use the travel part of lock and go & never for groceries.

What did their support. (Or lack of) say, Stealth'?
