Question about the 1000 AUD balance limit
 

I have an Australian account, that is verified by vcc and I already provided ID and proof of address at one time earlier (info not real).
Now I'm close to the 1000 AUD limit and they're asking for provide name and address again.

"Update your information

Please make sure the information below is correct and matches the information on your documents. If the information here doesn't match what's on your documents, we won't be able to check your information and the services on your account will not be fully restored."

Home phone, Mobile phone, Medicare, and Passport details are optional.
What they are asking for is Full name, Date of birth and address.

If I provide the same info as ID and proof of address given earlier, will this be fine? or they will compare them to a governmental database?

They probably won't have access to a government database however they MAY have another party like an agency that can verify your information given thi
further to confirm, "XYZ is a real person". My thoughts only...

im in this same situation but ive gone over the 1000 limit,
now i have 2k stuck...

can i upload ***** docs?
what will happen if the docs dont check out?

how can i get my 2k ty. please help...

ppismynemesis, At the very least any document that you supply have to match the details you have already provided. Is the account name for a real or fictitious person?

you have not other choice than to provide the same ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details again. if you go and try to chance the details now (ie id doesnt match the account) you will be completely screwed. you have to make sure the documents you provide look genuine and match the details of the account and hope they dont try to verify with verisign or similar 3rd party that then ping the details against government held records.

Do not provide them your ⊗⊗⊗⊗ details you'll in be in big trouble
