Hello,

Just start use Austrialian PayPal account and received over 1000 AUD.
PayPal ask me confirm identify

But I see need medicare number it's work if I said I'm from Australia
Like this ex:
We cannot provide SSN number but if there is only chance to restore your account and you really need that account back then you need to explain PayPal that you are not a USA Citizen and in order to prove that, you need to follow below steps

1- Ask them you are not from USA
2- You had visited USA for Higher Studies or to meet your relatives and you are staying there as Student or Visit Visa for past 1 year
3- Tell them that you can provide Driver License to confirm your Photo ID and Bank Statement as Proof of address
4- Also you can provide USA VISA attached to your passport.
5- If they ask you that from which country you belong or what is your nationality then tell them that you are from any other country

After submitting these docs, they will waive off your requirement for SSN and will restore your account.

We had tried this method on our 5 PayPal account and out of which 2 restored and for other they accept the documents but didn’t restore the account, So its up to you if you want to order documents and take risk.

If you already have SSN Number and just need SSN document you can order from our Buy Document section.

You just Mixed Australia And US.

SSM is for US paypal accounts. Paypal Australia should not ask you to provide SSN.

You don't 'need' a Medicare number- if you notice that is optional' friend.

Same with passport number- also a SSN isn't even a requested part of the Q&A
