Cashing out without a bank?

I need a solid method of cashing out my paypal money (they are of my own not hacked/stolen). I cannot attach a personal bank account due to reasons. What would be the best way to cash out my Paypal money? Is there any online bank type of service that is accepted by Paypal that I can withdraw to?

Buying items and reselling the items or selling PayPal funds for BitCoin if you can find someone to sell you BitCoin

I honestly think I'm quite ****ed right now. I'm kinda worried that too many high volume transactions with the methods you mentioned might get me under paypals microscope.

They will do yes, which is why using a bank account is the best method by far.

If you want to use other methods there will always be an increased risk.

Does a virtual bank type of service not exist where I can withdraw my money to and send it to a personal bank account?

The virtual bank service is meant to verify pp accounts but can't be used to withdraw to :(

i juist go ta message saying paypal only allows 1k in withdrawls a month and i have already verified a bank and a debit card on file?

An easier way to cash out would be to purchase actual money on eb and have it shipped to your residence.

Hard to be much les when you add in the ebay, paypal and shipping fees. at 18% the sellers are not making much %

Yes that would be a problem if that is where the item got sent and you didn't have access to the address.
