Paypal see name of Bank Account if they charge your bank?
 

I know that if I had a chase bank account to PP they cannot see the name. But let's say when I first create an eBay/PP account I'm not going to be able to cover shipping fees and eBay fees so if there is not going to be any money in my paypal account. Will Paypal then charge my bank account to cover these fees at the end of the month and will they then be able to see my real bank account name. For example, a bank like Chase?

Hi Nesie,

1. Paypal will charge your bank for ebay fees only if you activate billing agreement between ebay and paypal.

If you do not activate that agreement - your ebay will be able to send email reminders, requiring payment, and nothing more. If you ignore - ebay restricts account for some time, and finally suspend forever.

2. Is it really important if PayPal see real bank account name ? Usually it is banks or virtual banks who going crazy on different names in bank transfer. Whats the problem with PayPal here ?

i wonder withdraw is possible from stealth pp to real bank account in another name for EU paypals from like Italy?
did anyone test?

Technically speaking yes paypal can see the name of the owner if they pull funds out of the account - this applies also to when they verify the bank account initially if you used the micro deposit method instead of instant verification.
this is not a concern though unless someone does a manual review of the account at that specific moment and the chances of that happening are rather remote.
