Bank routing number question
 

So I have a question about bank routing number. The main checking account at the bank was connected to my PayPal that is linked to suspended eBay. So I added a new sub checking account with ease online. Can they link by the routing number if I add my new checking account to a stealth PayPal?

Routing Numbers are not unique to every person....meaning everyone in your State or City have the same Routing Number, usually they are assigned by State but that could vary....So No, they can't link by Routing Number.

Alright thanks one more question about windows user accounts when I'm switching users I always click start and sign out but I just forgot to do that I was on user account A then I had to do something so I powered down laptop with out signing out and when I powered it back on I thought I was signed out of account A and logged in too user account B and logged into eBay and PayPal. I didn't notice I was still logged in to user account A until I clicked start to sign out and it said A was signed in. Are the cookies still kept separate even though your signed into to another windows user account?

Switching without shutting down is fine, your still in a separate user.

I usually just sign out and Sign into other user without powering down, So it don't matter if I switch users without signing out? Say I'm in user A and click start and login into user B is that fine? Just want to make sure your clear on my question.

You will be fine, it's just safer to completely log off and log into the second user account.
