Bank holders name
 

Hello All!

I use various sites like eBay, amazon, Mercari, etsy etc. to sell items. I have several accounts on Mercari and eBay. Some of my accounts were linked recently. I am Curious if they found me by my bank accounts.

if I have one bank with different account numbers, can the companies see the direct deposit account holders name? I was always under the assumption they don't see the bank account holders name so I can put in a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names and over the last year no issues.

Is that still true they don't see the name, as long as the routing/account match no name is needed really?

I imagine it's a simple thing to know who owns whatever bank number. No, that's not it.
