Issue Virtual Cards
 

I'm looking for a financial provider that would allow me to issue virtual credit cards issued in EUR currency with an easy sign-up procedure.
I need the cards for online purchases, not for paypal verification, so I should be able to issue cards with amounts up to 1000 euro without issues.
Do you have any advice on this?

Entropay should do the job

What is it your trying to do with the cards? Why not just use your own card if it's for online purchases?

thanks for the input James. My national currency is not EUR and I pay high conversion fees, I'm looking for a solution to lower costs.

I was under the impression that entropay issues only GBP ones?

It may be worth taking to your bank. You can often get a card issued in EUR even if its not your national currency

Yup - Agree with James there.

If your bank doesn't support it, look around for banks (or even online banks) that do. By having the bank local, you may end up getting the best conversion rates.

Going at it any other way (i.e. entropay) will still inadvertently accrue a lot of fees, so may not be worthwhile in the end.
