I have tried leupay!

Also when Transfer with missmatching names come in they will block the Transaction.
They have a hard AFS System!


Only when the PayPal is in the same Name like the Leupay you have chances to get your Money.

i know this is an old thread but, i will like to share my experience with leupay.

Back in 2015/16 i did use this bank which is located in luxembourg to cashout money from a limited paypal account since, i do not have access to any prepaid card which can match the pre-existing name,address on this paypal account.

So, i did manage to use the iban from leupay to link to paypal and withdrew about 230 euro, and 300 euro after a few days. everything went on well but, the problem is how to get the money out from leupay account. after a few days i was able to find a user on bitcointalk forum who was willing to trade btc => for my leupay fund.

the first transaction went on smoothly, but, the second transaction got blocked by leupay. they keep requesting for proof & proof of that uptil date. i did traded first transaction with him before my leupay account got blocked.


In summary, its not adviceable to use leupay via paypal because you may risk losing your fund.

Name mismatch works well if you on leupay account. You just need to be very creative.
You can also use same strategy to cash out fund from old limited pp account.

Pls, ensure to check out from leupay official website.
I had success using the free iban to withdraw fund from one of my pp account. That was back in 2015/2016.

I guess they might updated their security system.
