Limited Bank Accounts

From what I can see, people in US have the option to create online bank accounts, However I can't as there is no such thing in my country and I already created a bank account on every bank that I know.

Banks don't allow me to have more than 1 account.
So, as I want to withdraw money from stealth pay.pal acct's, how can I do that?
What other methods are available to get the money?

You should be able to open at least a savings account with a current bank you have open, this will have a completely different account number thus it should allow you to attach it to a PayPal account.
