Look for a forum on how to make VCC's. (yes, VCC) They are out there. I've found at least one with a google search a few weeks back. I just looked now but didnt see the one I was looking for. I didnt have enough interest in the topic to spend the time reading through it when I found it but I did see they had ebooks like the stealth book that you could buy to tell you how to make VCC & VBA's. Try blackhatworld or any of those type of forums. The info is out there on the internet somewhere, you just have to find it.
If you dont mind having your SS# attached to the VBA and you dont plan to withdraw to the BA there are countless online banks you could use with as small as a $5 deposit to open. When your PP is set up close the account and get your $5 back.
In the end, its more work than its worth. For $10 petty ass dollars you can buy a VBA and have it confirmed in less than 24hrs and move on to more important things. $10 per account isnt much to be saving, unless you plan on selling stealth accounts or VBA's yourself.... |
