i have a HSBC mexico bank account , can i put it on an american paypal?

or where can i find vba sellers? the ones on this forums marketplace either dont have or dont respond , any clue?

Unless HSBC Mexico has an actual U.S. ABA routing number to use, which I highly doubt, you can forget about using a foreign bank on a US PayPal acct.
