Can I withdraw funds from us stealth PayPal account to us business bank account??

It depends on the bank.

My Wells Fargo business accounts accept mismatched deposits from stealth personal Paypal accounts.

But my business accounts at a local credit union do not accept mismatched deposits from personal stealth accounts.

What bank is it? If it's Wells Fargo or Bank of America then the answer is most like "yes".
