Which EU debit cards with dedicated IBAN's are good for PP withdrawls?

There are Viabuy, Veritas, Leupay, Qck card, Paysera and Sogexia cards with dedicated IBANS are any of them good for withdrawing Paypal?

I have not ever seen a list outline what works and what doesn't.

It may be a case of trial and error :)

Heard Viabuy works but not sure if it works with mismatched names, someone let me know if you have a working solution for withdrawing high amounts PP, I will reward you :)

Lets make it like this : everybody picks one provider and makes a test and posts the results here. Or via PN.
I am currently doing this with some other VBA EMI. let you know soon ;-)

How do you test these cards/accounts don't you need to load them before pp runs the small amount verification

Paysera and Sogexia can go stealth but has to be top quality stealth meaning access to mail.
