What country are you trying to do this on?

There no such thing as a 'virtual bank account'. For any bank account you open youll still need to provide your REAL INFORMATION. No such thing as a 'stealth bank account'.

That just isn't something that is going to be possible

Your best bet is a EU PP and withdraw to a card without the need for a bank account but that still has a lot of risks involved

I don't think any exists for Indian citizens - you will have call up the smaller ones and hope somehow but very unlikely. Get a visa and go on a trip

Why are you using USA Paypal then? Go for other accessible platform maybe?

now in India are big problem because they require GST and paypal now in india not possible to create stealth account.
here too much need to pay tax of government that why I find USA bank account so link with any country paypal.

Ah I understand. Well, you might need to see if you have family in the US for the US bank account.

There might be services on the Net that offer this kind of REAL bank account for withdrawal....they can be expensive and also risky.

About your Canbodia bank account, I don't think it can be used for US or Canada pp...don't follow the normal North American bank designation.

If you aren't in the US, you will have to visit the Bank physically and apply INSIDE the Bank.

As most of us are from Canada/US, we've answered that for these countries you need to go in physically. As for other countries, you can try it to see.
