Last I checked they wont let you add them to a PayPal account.

That was a year ago mind you so it may have changed since

Used them in the past while they were free before they started charging monthly. Worked really well for stealth. If I remember correctly, I had to call in to add the bank account.

They will block your account if you have many PayPal credits in it happened to me
