Any more usa banks setup like Capital One 360?
 

you were able to open many accounts inside your main 360 dashboard, and could attach each to diff paypal without problems. Any other banks set up like this?

Capital 360 was abused to death and as a result its pretty much blacklisted.
Any bank will allow you to open a limited number of bank accounts but none that will let you open an unlimited number of them - and if you do find one its more than likely blacklisted as well for abuse

yeah wouldnt recommend cap 360, its caused issued in the past with banks getting removed

Cap 360 is blacklisted.

Additionally there are no longer any VBA's being offered for sale anywhere.

also to add, it seems paypal has drastically limited what an approved credit and debit card is today.

Forget capital one 360, just as bad as Metabank products. Useless.

Get a real (brick & mortar) bank. That's the only reliable way.

I used capital one 360 with no issues...and I've recently linked it any cause for concern + who has blacklisted it? Paypal??

I also have Cap 360 accounts linked to PP's, and transfer pretty frequently.

However, my name matches the account names, and they've been established for a number of years.

how would a non USA resident setup any sort of US bank..

with the new changes coming up, it would make it very hard for a european to have a USA ebay and paypal...

I've read it's really hard but not impossible. My understanding is you would at least need 2 forms of ID, a USA tax ID (an ITIN for a non-US resident), and a USA mailing address. Site I was just reading says a registered agent's address or small scale forwarding company are accepted by some US banks.

I can confirm what phaz0rz says, in one of my other lines of work I deal with international folks and that's what they have to do.

You pretty much have to be here in person for the initial opening of the account though, unless you're a big corp of some sort with accounts and attorneys and the like.

And getting an ITIN takes months and months. The form is very complicated, and you have to wait, unlike an EIN which is issued immediately.

FYI, I was in my Cap 360's today to pay my CCard bill, I have 8 operative accounts, and I'm still using 4 of them on a regular basis to accept PP deposits, the other 4 are attached to PP accounts that are idling for now, the last deposit was about a week ago.

But, as I said before, the names match very well, and they've been running for years. If your name matches or is a very, very close variant, and if you properly structure the PP/EB account and info, most of the problems you see when running extreme stealth accounts and attaching bank accounts never happen.
