Best bank benefits for a BUSINESS account?

Chase offers a TON of bonus points opening an account with them.

I do not plan on making any loans.

Anyone have a preferred bank that they use for business accounts?

Not just using them to verify PayPal and make withdrawals, but to put all business purchases through.

Business accounts tend to get less scrutiny for 3rd party deposits and/or transaction volume. In general, you are less likely to have problems with mismatching ACH deposits coming in via PayPal than you would on a personal account(s), esp. if you plan on doing higher than normal transaction volume. This is expected on a business account.

I like Wells Fargo because they offer both "Direct Pay" (ACH's for $.10) and Zelle on business accounts.

True - just keep in mind that there are higher fees with business accounts - might not be true for all banks but many do charge fees just to deposit in business accounts...just fyi for the OP

Go with a big US bank OP and the problem rsot mentioned won't be a problem. All the big banks offer free business checking accounts. They're more eager to open new business accounts compared to personal accounts because the know business accounts will use more services and make the bank more money in the long run.

You mentioned points. If that's your primary motive you could just get a good credit card with a rewards program.

Every bank up here in Canada charges on a business chequing account - guess the US does have it better for business banking.

I second what phaz0rz says about Wells Fargo. They are the primary bank I have been using for stealth over the years and have never had so much an issue with them.

I have well over a dozen accounts with WF, and it's very easy to open or close accouts- a simple phone call to the business unit take care of that in just a couple minutes. No need for paperwork or added questions.

I just spent 3 to 4 hours looking for this post! I had to search the forums with the search no luck, then I just used my history on the browser to view every thing I seen on this site for this post! LOL

Now I got to find the right bank, that allows to open for a Canadian business and allow more accounts over the phone if needed.

The fees here in Canada are a killer! And personal accounts with stealths might be okay but the problems with it I read here and there. Business is great, but the amount that comes out and the fees and each thing you do is charged! Such bs! I miss the states for these things. Can't wait to go back.

Read down the post WF might be good for what I need.

Thank god I still have my SSN! 12 more months baby then I go back!
