Hi guys!

I have US eBay stealth account attached with Us Paypal stealth account.

I have a question, How Non-U.S. Citizens or those are living outside the USA can get us bank account that they can attach with their US Paypal's Stealth account for withdrawal purposes .?
is there a solution for that.
Does some US-LLC Give a bank account to their customers for their LLC Company?

Hi, your flag should match the country you are operating from... if you are in US your question doesn't make much sense.

Do some research and contact a "Registered Agent" in a state with easy incorporation procedure, such as Nevada. They handle foreign managed Limited Liability Companies (LLC's) all the time and can guide you to obtain the requisite EIN and assist with the US bank account openings. As a foreign national, using a reputable Resident Agent or Proxy this is one of the least hassle way of doing this.

The other option, of course is to buy a cheap airline ticket to the states and open a bank account in person. If you are a EU or UK national this should not be a problem assuming you can show valid ID (e.g. Passport) and a TIN (Tax ID#). You can get the later from the IRS website free of charge.

Can you clarify a little bit more this point??? I need to open personal bank account in USA but i am from Africa, Tanzania.

Worldfirst and payoneer are options, but for paypal the name has to match for withdraw

Just do an online search for "Nevada Registered Agents" and choose one. Incorporation in Nevada is usually a bit less expensive and hassle free than other states, but you might opt for a full service agent (RA) to handle your business affairs in the USA since it looks like you are from Africa.

One another hassle-free way would be to exchange your Paypal funds against Cryptos like Bitcoin, ETH etc and for example cash them out locally.

Going with a "Registered Agent" in a state with easy incorporation procedure would also do.
