How can someone can have 137 account. I do not know what is stealth account but I hop I am getting it right that it mean ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account after reading this thread.

If Paypal account is limited. You cannot even withdraw money from account anyways.

and even if you did, how you will manage to withdraw from all 137 account? Hard job!!
