Banks in PH that allows mismatched info

Hi everyone! I would like to ask what banks in the Philippines that accepts mismatched info for withdrawals? Thank you!

No reason to believe posting in a new one will get you different results.
I can tell you most banks don't have an issue with it. Try a couple of them and report your results for others benefit.

I am sorry pal, I am really desperate because most of our banks charge $10 for initial deposit and maintaining balance. So roughly more than $100 will be required to test this out, but a little info would be good, just hoping though. That's what I am going to do now, I'll try some banks and report back. Again, I'm sorry.

maybe you should try to find this information on Google using your local language, or find some forum in you local language talking about paypal and ask it
