Lots of banks in the US give you the option to create a sub account with them

You do need an account with the bank already though

In USA almost all banks allow you to open an account for free online. Not "virtual accounts" since those don't exist - but regular USA bank accounts. You would need a USA address + passport at the very least.

@OP, virtual bank accounts are not meant for withdrawing - go for a real bank account you can access online

There are over 5000 USA banks.

Wells Fargo and Bank of America are mentioned a lot here. They are the biggest USA banks so they have the most advanced online banking sites. Anything that can be done at a branch can be done on their websites.

I'm not familiar with UK banking but there are tons of posts already on the forum about UK banking as it relates to stealth.

you can sign up to any mobile-only UK bank using elеctoral rоll data. You will receive sort code and account number instantly

Ally Bank and Alliant Credit Union are two banks you can open accounts with online with a U.S. passport. They send you the free debit cards and account activation details by postal mail.

Alliant Credit Union accounts can be opened without being a member of the qualifying eligible communities or employers if you keep selecting "Another way to Qualify" at the bottom of the form when prompted, and then you agree to donate $5 of your savings balance to the named charity.


I have been using both banks for some time now without problem. I did link Alliant to PayPal (my actual, genuine PayPal account). However, I cannot confirm whether they would accept deposits in another name, such as would be tried with a stealth account. I have read that Ally Bank may not be a good choice for use with PayPal, though I cannot confirm that.
