Hello

I would like to know this.

i got my paypal account limited, i would like to know if is posible to delete the bank account details.

And used it in a new Paypal account?

Is that posible, will this not link me or something?
will i be able to withdraw the funds?

No you won't be able to reuse the same bank account. Even if you possibly get it through (which I highly doubt), you will linked easily.

Get a new bank account
