If you have a uk bank account you will need a uk paypal to attach it to.

There is no such thing as a UK virtual bank account. They are just bank accounts.

You can only add a UK bank account to a UK PayPal. So the answer to you question is no

Hi just a quick question , is there any working uk bank to uk gaypal ? im not resident in uk
Some virtual bank , i used payoneer for some time but seems that i am having problems even adding a uk payoneer bank to my account .
