Ideally, yes.

But with stealth accounts it becomes difficult. So long as you're just withdrawing funds from PayPal to bank, and nothing else, you'll be fine. PayPal will never know.

I tried the withdraw to my bank which is on different name, I successfully get funds in bank.

Great news for you. In the future just get as much info from this forum before calling Paypal. Almost all of what we do on stealth hardly ever requires talking to anyone on the phone. Especially eBay/Paypal employees.
